The island of Pasman

The island of Pasman has an area of 60 square kilometres. It is separated from the mainland by the Pasman channel, in which numerous smaller islands are scattered. A ferry from Biograd n/m to Tkon links the island to the mainland, while a bridge over the Zdrelac straits connects Pasman with the island of Ugljan. The sea currents in the channel change its direction every 6 hours, and that makes these waters the cleanest in the Adriatic.
