Music files Natali - Ne Daj (live) Natali - Istina (live) Natali - Stay [Erykah Badu] (live) Natali - Lazy [David Byrne] (live) Natali Dizdar is rocking out the scene in Croatia. Have a listen of her and my band live, and see why ;) How life can be good :) Finale [*.mp3 128kbps stereo 1.83Mb] One more kvr entry. What can I do :) This time it is a big orchestral heavy metal piece. I called it Finale, cuz when I was composing it, not just that I thought of a big concert finale, I was more thinking about The End Day, Apocalypse, The Judgment Day, that kind of finale :) It is intense, at least it is supposed to be. Enjoy the last days ;)) Do You? [*.mp3 128kbps stereo 1.82Mb] Another kvr-vst entry. Really having fun making music for this competition! This turned out to be some bigass future jazz. Probably will finish it properly. This one is the first song in many I'm not using any VST instruments :) Back to the roots! I bought new Kurzweil Micro Ensemble, which is Piano, Acc Bass and Drums. Rest of the sounds are played on my, also new, MicroKORG. Wonderful machine, vocoder works nice :) Happy listening ;) KvR or how to be a winner :) [*.ogg 112kbps stereo 1.61Mb] Second admition to KvR music competition. If you make music, you'd better go visit KvR-VST, many people with similar interests there. Ok, this song is actually two :) I just felt the breakdown, thats it, like it or not! First part is some groovee oldschool funk, going to modernish soul hip hop I dunno. Enjoy! Eh, btw, this is the first, and probably the last song, you'll hear me sing. Now, don't laugh! I'm a musitian, not some MTV gaysinger :) Funky Mandolin [*.ogg 128kbps stereo 1.79Mb] New song! You ask me when I did it? Well... me and my roomate came home from a (drinking) partee around 2 in the morning. Then I sat down and did this until 7 in the morning. It came quite funky :) The 'Scofieldish' lead is not guitar, but again my grandfathers mandolin, which I'm falling more and more for :) Ibanez bass is hand-played by me ofcourse, I don't have friends over at night! For more about production tricks, you will have to kindly email me :) Enjoy this one as I did making it! Gypsy romance [*.ogg 128kbps stereo 876kb] This is gonna be one of the themes in the first theatre show that I'm making music for :) IT FINALY STARTED!!! The theme should be played when the belly-dancer who guards the devils smaragd runs with gypsys and fall in love with one ;) It is all akustiq, no VSTi's, only my violin, mandolin and a shaker. I like my new AKG c3000b! Enjoy... Don't Push Me! [*.ogg 112kbps stereo 1.49MB] - sorry, this one is offline Ok, new short song I did. Now that I have a band, I hope that my songs are gonna be finished properly, since I don't have nerves to finish songs all by myself. But this is, as any other, 99% finished. This is a funky groove, a bit nervous one. The story was that I was coming home, and there was such a traffic jam. This was the feeling after driving 1hour for 1km! Hope you like it! Mutant Bass Player [*.ogg 80kbps stereo 1.38MB] So this is the new groove I'm after. It's begins as cool jazzy groove, which goes to funkier groove later on. I had lots of comments on this style change, but I think I'll leave it as it is. I like sudden changes! That sudden changes are appearing more and more in my songs. Probably coz of the classical influences :) Enjoy the song and please feel free to send me some feedback... P.s. I used .ogg compression, I think it is much better then mp3. Don't worry, most of newer programs can play it. Ethno [*.mp3 128kbps stereo 1.74MB] This is a bit older short song that I did for the theatre. It never got to play, they needed something 'less orchestral'. I like it anyway. It is done in Reason, I was trying out new orchestral refill. It sounds pretty good. So, this is only orchester piece, with some arabic touch percussion and flute melody. It was supposed to be in Jean Genet's Paravanes. Lost Kingdom [*.mp3 128kbps stereo 4.45MB] This is the last song I did. It is the first song (in many I hope) in a bit different than usual style. This is hardmetal orchestral tune, suited for movie score, or a game, I don't know. It is done in Cubase, and there is no recorded material. All VST instruments. I got this Edirol orchestral VST which sounds pretty neat, all the orchestral sounds comes from it. It is not top quality, but for this kinda production, it is more than enough. Couple of days ago I installed this Halion String edition, but it is a bit complicated to make use of all it's benefits, so I will play with it before I start using it in arrangements. This song has it's story, but I don't wanna make it too easy for you, you have to hear it and find out for yourself :) Critics are always welcome, just drop me an email. Enjoy! Metropolis [*.mp3 128kbps stereo 2,94MB] This song is lazy as a sunday afternoon. But it has tight hip hop groove to it, at least it was an intention. It's short and gives you idea what I wanted with it! It is Cubase driven, using Lounge Lizard for (ofcourse) rhodes, Sample Tank for high quality grand piano and bass, and few other small things that you hear. Drums are still from Fruity Loops, thats why maybe they don't sound too good. But a glitch of the idea appears on it, they should be heavy and dirty. Enjoy! Groove Control [*.mp3 128kbps stereo 3,73MB] The song was created in Cubase VST. All the sounds come from the computer, mostly VSTi's for Cubase. I played it all on my KORG X2, midified via USBmidiman. Only the drum was programmed in the Fruity Loops (that was before I had Reason:). And maybe your trained ear will hear badly recorded acoustic guitar at the end part. Please disregard the one :) Hope you'll like it. Importante: I had some trouble getting this song online, so I renamed it to *.html file. So don't panic, just right-click and Save target as, and then rename it into *.mp3. |
